Pennington County Prosecutor Alan Rogalla is receiving online muscle from Mafia associates staging out of Florida.

An anonymous cyber-stalker, using the name of a local investigative journalist’s elderly mother, is logging onto the web page http://www.thiefriverfallspolicereport.com/ report where a petition requesting an investigation of Alan Rogalla is available to the public.

Rogalla’s online cavalry suddenly appeared after his recent announcement to Valley News Live that he would be seeking objective professional oversight on the Sally Mumm abuse case from a fellow county attorney, Red Lake County Prosecutor Michael LaCoursiere.

LaCoursiere is a defendant in (Timothy) Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al - a federal deprivation of rights lawsuit filed in July, 2014, that names LaCoursiere, along with seven other members of the Ninth Minnesota Judicial District as participants in an organized crime scheme.

Holmseth, an investigative journalist, has published several articles regarding the abuse of vulnerable adults by Mumm.

In Holmseth’s federal lawsuit, LaCoursiere is accused of assisting East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad, and several other rogue police and judicial officers, to violate Holmseth’s constitutional rights, after Holmseth began to expose the truth about a missing child from Florid named HaLeigh Cummings, as well as the Boardwalk Enterprises loan-fraud money-laundering scheme in East Grand Forks.

In recent weeks, Holmseth has submitted multiple exhibits to The Honorable Leo I. Brisbois, which contain very disturbing evidence of online cyber-stalking that uses pornography to intimidate witnesses.

But the cyber-abuse began long before the federal lawsuit.

Minnesota State District Judge Tamara Yon previously issued a Protective Order guarding Holmseth’s financial and medical documents in a child support matter, and specifically stated Thief River Falls law firm Charlson and Jorgenson was forbidden from sharing any information with the defendants in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al.

Judge Yon’s ruling was based upon email evidence that showed the mother of Holmseth’s child was sending documents and information to an attorney in Florida that represents an x-rated cyberstalker website called www.radionewz.net. The website recently published pornography to intimidate a witness in another matter.

In 2011, Jorgenson was forced to write a letter to Roseau Judge Donna Dixon requesting sensitive files in the family case regarding Holmseth’s children be sealed; after an angry doctor contacted Jorgenson and told him HIPPA protected documents regarding Holmseth’s small children were appearing online.

On February 14, 2015, someone using a telephone from Fort Meyers, Florida telephoned Holmseth and threatened to kill him.  The two calls to Holmseth were reported to the East Grand Forks Police Department, and Grand Forks Police Department, respectively.
